Creating an account
When you are added as a data editor to an enterprise account, as a data editor, you should receive an email and a text with a code. On receiving such an email or text, please go to the Data Fix tool and sign up using the same email or phone number.
Attaching your code
After you create an account, you must ensure that your code is set up correcty. Click on the user profile button and look for the 4th field called "code". The code must be same as the code you receive in the email or text. If the code does not match, type in your code and click save. Please refresh the page once done and re-verify that your code is set up correctly.
